Motoring
Every time you get behind the wheel, whether car, coach or lorry, it is easy to fall foul of the many rules and regulations covering motoring.
Speeding, drink/driving, careless driving and driving without MOT are all offences that many have inadvertently committed.
Other, more serious offences include dangerous driving, no insurance, using a mobile phone, drink/driving or driving under the influence of drugs.
In addition, if you suffer certain medical conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, psychiatric disorders (such as bi-polar disorder), drugs dependency or neurological disorders (such as epilepsy), you may be committing an offence if you continue to drive without notifying DVLA. Whatever your problem in this area, we can help with expert advice, representation, in Court, or appeals against convictions.
