Employment Issues
As an employee you have extensive statutory rights many of which have been introduced in recent years.
Your rights and privileges include :
- Rights to Paid Holiday
- Rights to Maternity / Paternity Leave
- Rights to Parental Leave
- Protection from Discrimination at the workplace on grounds of sex, disability, race, sexual orientation or religious belief
- Security from Summary Dismissal
You also have rights at the workplace under the Human Rights Act 1998.
