In addition we are able to offer an online Case Tracker system whereby all clients have the option to monitor the progress of their matter (be it sale or purchase, or both) with ‘milestone’ updates and access to case notes made in relation to the matter. Clients choosing this option may also elect to have their estate agent, financial adviser or other professional adviser to be granted access to view the development of their case.
