We can deal with the preparation of your Deed/Agreement for a fixed fee of £720 inclusive of VAT.

This fee assumes that you and the other party have agreed between you what you would like to happen and have included in the Deed/Agreement and is therefore only suitable if this applies.

The Fee covers one initial meeting with you to obtain the information we need to prepare the Deed/Agreement at which time we will advise you of any issues you might wish to consider. It also includes preparation of the Deed/Agreement, arranging for the correct signature of it and storage of the original document.
